How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Conceptspretty Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Conceptspretty Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by writing to the provider and keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Conceptspretty Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Write to contact@conceptspretty.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into the matter. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
