Who You Will Talk To
When you call or send a request, you are connecting with an independent provider in our network. They are a local business, not part of Conceptspretty Floor Coating. They will discuss your floor, your timing, and your budget directly with you.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect a few simple questions. A provider may want to know:
- Which space needs coating: garage, basement, porch, or workshop
- The rough size of the floor
- Whether the concrete has cracks, stains, old paint, or damp spots
- What look you want, from plain to custom floor finishes
- When you would like to start
Photos can help. So can a note about how the floor is used.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You are in charge here, so ask away.
- How will you prep the concrete, and how long does that take?
- What coating will you use, and why is it right for my floor?
- How do you handle moisture in a basement slab?
- How many days before I can walk on it, and before I can park on it?
- What care do you suggest after the work is done?
- Will you put the full price and scope in writing?
Some providers also take on other flooring, such as hardwood flooring installation. If you have a bigger project in mind, mention it.
The Decision Is Yours
